Injury Forces Corey Sullivan Out
Tuesday, April 25th, 2017
Trois-Rivieres fans held their breath as Corey Sullivan left yesterday's Capitals-Saints contest with an injury. After the game, the team's medical staff said that the 21-year-old starting pitcher had suffered a ruptured ulnar collateral ligament while throwing a pitch. It's estimated that he will be out 13 months.
This year Sullivan has recorded a 6-0 mark. In 11 starts he has fanned 93 batters in 60.2 innings with a 2.37 ERA.
