Monarchs Freeman Snags LBL Player of the Week Monday, March 27th, 2017 Pete Freeman went on a week-long hitting streak against Lester B. Person League pitchers and captured the Player of the Week honors. The London right fielder battered the opposition for 6 hits, 4 home runs, 8 RBIs and scored 5 runs. He hit .600 and posted a .750 on-base percentage. So far this season Freeman is batting .406 with 5 home runs. |
