SBL Best Mound Performer Named Friday, June 15th, 2012 The Virginia clubhouse staff referred to him as "the kid" this season. Next year Ed Lott will have to have a new nickname. He earned it after winning the 2012 Skip Bertman League Cy Young Award. Lott made 11 starts this year, winning 8 and losing 1. He threw 76.1 innings, fanned 102, allowed 58 hits and 9 walks, while holding opposing teams to a .209 average as he logged an impressive 2.59 ERA. |
