Barrage of Hits Gets Colón SBL Award Monday, April 2nd, 2018 His hard work and hustle paid off this week. The hard-working and hard-playing Orlando Colón was rewarded with the Skip Bertman League Player of the Week honors. The scrappy Iowa State Cyclones right fielder hit .722 while collecting 13 hits in 18 at-bats, 2 home runs and 10 RBIs. On the year Colón has hit .359 with 9 home runs, 26 RBIs and scored 21 runs. |
