Free-for-All Costs Smith and Taylor 6-Game Suspensions Tuesday, March 27th, 2018 The two main figures in yesterday's brawl at Toughkenamon College Fields have been suspended for 6 games each. That action was taken today by the league commissioner's office and will take effect immediately. The suspended players are David Smith of the Rice Owls and Rick Taylor of the Texas Longhorns. Smith is batting .303 this season in 22 games with 3 home runs, 13 RBIs and 19 runs scored. He has 23 hits in 76 at-bats. |
