Red-Hot Bat: Pérez Collects Cycle Sunday, April 16th, 2017 Today at Castles Ballpark, Georgia Tech right fielder Miguel Pérez accomplished a true baseball rarity, knocking a single, double, triple and a home run to hit for the cycle and lead the Yellow Jackets to a 15-5 win over Arkansas. In a standout performance Pérez laced 4 hits in 4 trips to the plate and had 6 RBI. Miguel Pérez hit a solo-shot off Ben Mullen in the 2nd, hit a two-run double in the 3rd, hit a three-run triple in the 5th and singled in the 7th. This season Pérez has hit at a .357 clip with 14 RBIs, 6 home runs and 9 runs scored. |
