Dunn and García Suspended 5 Games Monday, March 20th, 2017 It was a pretty intense fight, so Ed Dunn and Vicente García were both suspended today for 5 games for their part in a brawl which happened in a game between the Louisiana-Layfayette Ragin Cajuns and the Long Beach State 49'ers at Field of the Dukes. Dunn said, "Luckily nobody was hurt. I think we both overreacted to the situation." Presently Dunn is batting .231 and has collected no home runs, 7 RBIs, .365 OBP and scored 4 runs. This season García has accumulated no saves, registered a 7.71 ERA and struck out 8 in 7 innings. He also has a 0-0 record in 7 relief appearances. |
