Marshall SBL's Best of the Week Monday, May 7th, 2012 The Skip Bertman League presented its Player of the Week Award to Miami Hurricanes left fielder Ryan Marshall. "His numbers speak for themselves," a club publicist said. "He's been really seeing the ball well." Indeed, Marshall has. Last week he went 16 for 30, batted .533 with 4 home runs and 12 RBIs. In his stats this season, Marshall has posted a batting average of .357 with 40 hits in 112 at-bats, 7 home runs and 30 RBIs. He has also scored 24 runs, walked 19 times and compiled a .451 OBP. |
