Valle Belts 5 Hits Friday, April 17th, 2015 Today the Razorbacks downed the Seminoles 12-3 as Miguel Valle sprayed hits all over Ballpark of Riverdale College in a 5-hit explosion, finishing with 5 hits in 5 at-bats. The Arkansas shortstop said to reporters in the postgame interview, "It makes it easier if you get a good pitch. The odds are in your favor then, not the pitcher's. I got a bunch of very pretty pitches to hit today and I didn't miss any of them." Miguel Valle doubled in the 1st, walked in the 3rd, hit an RBI double in the 4th, doubled in the 5th, singled in the 7th and hit a two-run single in the 8th. A look at his current stats shows Valle with a .397 average, 2 home runs, 11 RBIs and 17 runs scored. He has played in 16 games. |
