Skip Bertman League Names Jones Best Batter Monday, May 5th, 2014 Nathan Jones went on a week-long hitting streak against Skip Bertman League pitchers and captured the Player of the Week honors. The Florida State left fielder battered the opposition for 14 hits, 5 home runs, 9 RBIs and scored 10 runs. He hit .538 and posted a .657 on-base percentage. So far this season Jones has put up a .430 batting average with 34 hits, 12 home runs and 21 RBIs. |
