Jones Captures SBL Batter of Month Award Thursday, May 1st, 2014 Florida State's Nathan Jones wowed sportswriters in April with an award-winning performance. For his standout play he was voted the Skip Bertman League Batter of the Month. He rang up a .459 batting average with 11 home runs, 19 RBIs and 25 runs scored. He also had 17 walks and a .582 on-base percentage. |
