Free-for-All Costs Montoya and Christopher 9-Game Suspensions Wednesday, April 9th, 2014 It was quite a row yesterday at Ballpark of Bismarck College. The Gators António Montoya and the Demon Deacans Alan Christopher backed up their angry words with a few shoves and a few swings. Then both dugouts raced onto the field and got involved in the fracas. When it was over, only Montoya and Christopher were ejected. As expected they were informed by the league office that they would each have to serve 9-game suspensions for their inappropriate actions. Presently Montoya is hitting .333 with 3 home runs and 5 RBIs. He has played in 9 games and scored 5 times. |
