League Issues 2-Game Suspensions for Brawl Sunday, May 5th, 2013 Euthymius Kyalian of LSU and Joe Fletcher of Texas were the main participants in a recent bench-clearing brawl and today the league handed out its punishment. They will both miss 2 games because of their fight. League officials announced their suspensions today. For the year Kyalian is batting .311 with 5 home runs. This season Fletcher has made 16 relief appearances, recorded no saves and compiled a 0-0 won-lost mark and a 3.86 ERA. In pitching 18.2 innings, he has totaled 24 strikeouts and 11 walks. |
