Arnold Bags AHL Best Player Award Monday, September 17th, 2018 What's in a number? In baseball, just about everything. The numbers that Whitewater's Jim Arnold put up last week were the envy of the league, as Arnold came away with August Herrman League Player of the Week honors. He belted out 10 hits in 20 at-bats, 1 home run and 8 RBIs last week as he posted his .500 batting average. Looking at his stats this year, Arnold has compiled a .290 batting average, while hitting 9 home runs and driving in 76 runs. He has played in 143 games and scored 69 runs. |
