BOL Pitcher of the Month Goes to Quintero Saturday, September 1st, 2018 It was a monstrous August for the Buck O'Neil League Pitcher of the Month award winner, José Quintero of the Victoria Vikings. He put up some mighty scary numbers. Quintero recorded 6 wins and no losses in 6 starts. Throwing a total of 39.2 innings, he yielded 29 hits, mowed down 40 on strikes, gave up 15 walks and put up a solid ERA of 0.91 in a stellar month on the mound.
