Star of the Week Honored in AHL Monday, June 25th, 2018 So far in his young career, Cisco Ramírez has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the August Herrman League in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 24-year-old Houston Sting center fielder hit at a torrid .478 clip as he collected 11 hits in 23 at-bats, 1 home run, 8 RBIs and 6 runs scored. This year Ramírez has hit at a .330 pace and produced 35 RBIs, 6 home runs and scored 40 runs. |
