Rivera Takes This Week's Trophy Monday, June 11th, 2012 The Buck O'Neil League made it official today: Martín Rivera is the Player of the Week. He really stood out on the diamond this week with a .375 average to take home the award. The Nichols right fielder went 9-24, drove in 6 runs, scored 7 times and hit 4 home runs. So far this year Rivera is batting .257 with 11 home runs, 34 RBIs and 32 runs scored. |
