A News: Pre-Season Begins Thursday, February 1st, 2018 Today marks the beginning of the SINGLE A preseason. Clubs have received word of their 2018 schedule and preparations are already under way. Spring training, evaluation and preseason exhibition games are just a few of the tasks that await a general manager's attention as teams start setting into motion their championship plans.
