AHL Star of the Week Honored Monday, September 4th, 2017 24-year-old second baseman Carl Edmonds of the Bel Air Princes is the talk of the August Herrman League for putting on a torrid hitting display last week and claiming the Player of the Week Award. Edmonds rapped out a sensational .400 batting average with 10 hits in 25 at-bats, 4 home runs and 12 RBIs. This year Edmonds is batting .281 with 10 home runs and 40 RBIs. In 91 games he has scored 36 times. |
