Reyes BOL Winner, Top Hurler in August Friday, September 1st, 2017 The hottest hurler in the Buck O'Neil League last month was Júlio Reyes of the San Angelo Mustangs. He caught the attention of everybody in the league with some eye-catching stats, good enough to win the BOL Pitcher of the Month. In August, Reyes starred with an impressive 4-0 record. In 6 starts he gave up 34 base hits and struck out 35 in 38.1 innings with a 2.35 ERA. For the season Reyes has logged 12 wins and 3 losses and struck out 121 batters in 161.2 innings while compiling a 2.73 ERA. |
