Star of the Week Honored in AHL Monday, May 29th, 2017 Júlio Sánchez went on a week-long hitting spree against August Herrman League pitchers and captured the Player of the Week honors. The Penzance first baseman battered the opposition for 13 hits, 2 home runs, 11 runs batted in and scored 7 runs. He hit .591 and posted a .625 on-base percentage. Sánchez is presently hitting at a .359 pace with 6 home runs, 39 RBIs and has scored 30 times. |
