Ojima Wins AHL Player of the Week Trophy Monday, May 1st, 2017 Keitaro Ojima is respected by most Palm Beach Bums fans for his no-frills style of play. The 25-year-old first baseman went about his business with vigor last week to grab the August Herrman League Player of the Week honors. He compiled a .478 average (11-23) with 2 home runs, 6 RBIs and 7 runs scored. So far this season Ojima has gotten 27 hits in 96 at-bats for a .281 batting average with 4 home runs. His stats include 17 RBIs and 17 runs scored. He has played in 25 games. |
