Francisco Ups Hit Streak to 20 Consecutive Games Wednesday, August 31st, 2016 Sergio Francisco continues to hit at a blistering pace. For 20 straight games he has had at least one hit. Francisco did it again today with 1 hit in the Winfield triumph over San Angelo. The Warriors defeated the Mustangs 7-4 at Heartland Kettlecorn Stadium. Sergio Francisco walked in a run in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, struck out in the 4th, flied out in the 6th and struck out in the 9th. Looking at his stats this year, Francisco has compiled a .348 batting average, while hitting 8 home runs and driving in 38 runs. He has played in 60 games and scored 28 runs. |
