AHL's Premier Batter Picked Tuesday, September 1st, 2015 Even though he is a newcomer to Single A, Steve McDonald put up some good numbers in August and earned the AHL Batter of the Month award. He was one of Huntsville's offensive leaders with a .381 average in 26 games. He also racked up 4 home runs, 23 RBIs, and 21 runs scored. In 2015 McDonald has hit at a .282 clip with 96 hits, 7 home runs, 50 RBIs and has scored 51 times. |
