BOL Star of the Week Named Monday, August 17th, 2015 It was an extraordinary week for Toshiki Takaki of the Victoria Vikings. First he goes on a hot hitting streak, batting .320, then he is voted the Player of the Week in the Buck O'Neil League. Last week Takaki went 8-25, racked up 3 home runs and 8 RBIs and scored 6 runs. It was a heck of a week for the Victoria first baseman. Takaki is hitting .234 for the season with 13 home runs, 55 RBIs and 51 runs scored. He has 101 hits in 431 at-bats and played in 110 games. |
