Bad Boy Brawlers Suspended 8 Games Tuesday, May 13th, 2014 Hot tempers flared and a few punches were thrown at the Dearborn and Winfield game yesterday and ended up with two players ejected. Steve Wagner of the Pioneers and Keith Wyatt of the Warriors have now been reprimanded and issued 8-game suspensions by the league commissioner for their parts in the fracas. Wagner is hitting .242 this season with 1 home run, 14 RBIs and 16 runs scored. He has 24 hits in 99 at-bats. This year Wyatt has 6 relief appearances with no saves, 0-0 season record and a 5.06 ERA. He has hurled 10.2 innings, given up 4 hits, struck out 7 and walked 7. Opposing clubs have batted .118 against the Winfield reliever. |
