Stealers Reliever Codne Injured Tuesday, April 15th, 2014 The Cherry Hill Stealers learned that António Codne is likely to be out for 9 months after he injured himself throwing a pitch in today's game against the Dearborn Pioneers. A round of tests by the team doctor revealed the injury to be a torn flexor tendon in his elbow. Upon hearing the diagnosis, the Cherry Hill manager told the press, "As you all know, we can't control injuries -- they are a part of the game. We just have to do the best we can until António is back in action." |
