Hasegawa Punishes BOL Pitchers This Week Monday, June 24th, 2013 It was some kind of week for Kyoichi Hasegawa of the Victoria Vikings. First he hits the heck out of the ball, ripping it at a .500 clip and the next thing you know, he is voted the Player of the Week in the Buck O'Neil League. Last week Hasegawa went 10-20, chalked up 1 home run and 4 RBIs and scored 2 runs. Not a bad week's work at all. This season Hasegawa is batting .236 with 60 hits and 1 home run. He has scored 30 times and has 18 runs batted in. |
