Barrow Third Baseman Nets BOL Award Monday, April 29th, 2013 Larry Hickey burst onto the Buck O'Neil League stage in a big way last week. This promising rookie third baseman for Barrow garnered everyone's respect by putting up some remarkable numbers and picking up the Player of the Week trophy. The 23-year-old haunted opposing pitchers hitting .370 (10-27) with 4 home runs and 9 RBIs last week. Hitting .361 to date, Hickey has 4 home runs and 16 RBIs. He has played in 26 games. |
