Martin Nabs ACL #1 Pitcher Award Saturday, September 1st, 2018 August's best hurler was Will Martin of Prussian. He overwhelmed ACL hitters all month long and captured the Pitcher of the Month award as he collected a 5-0 record in 6 starts. The 30-year-old Martin added 25 strikeouts in 38.1 innings and 8 walks to his season record and compiled a 2.35 ERA. Other clubs hit .200 against him. This year Martin has a 7-2 record with a 3.95 ERA in 14 starts. |
