Barrage of Hits Gets Stalin FFL Award Monday, July 23rd, 2018 The hottest bat of the week belonged to Phoenix first baseman Buddah Stalin. He went on a rampage last week against FFL hurlers and rapped out 12 hits in 27 at-bats for a .444 average while hitting 3 home runs, driving in 7 runs and scoring 5 runs -- numbers quite worthy of the Ford Frick League Player of the Week trophy. Stalin was honored today at a press conference. Stalin is hitting .367 this year with 19 home runs and 77 RBIs. He also has an OBP of .463, 61 walks and scored 61 times. |
