Long Island's Fernandez Injured, Out of Lineup Friday, July 6th, 2018 "It was a freak thing," said a dejected Didier Fernandez after injuring himself in a game against New York. The Long Island manager told reporters that he's expected to miss up to 6 months with shoulder inflammation. The Ducks are expected to announce a roster move in the next day or two.
