Pérez Selected FFL Player of the Week Monday, May 14th, 2018 The hottest bat of the week belonged to San Antonio right fielder Rafael Pérez. He went on a rampage last week against FFL hurlers and rapped out 16 hits in 27 at-bats for a .593 average while hitting 1 home run, driving in 10 runs and scoring 8 runs -- numbers quite worthy of the Ford Frick League Player of the Week trophy. Pérez was honored today at a press conference. Pérez is batting .405 with 1 home runs and 20 RBIs this season. |
