Henneberry's Strong Week Earns ACL Trophy Monday, April 23rd, 2018 John Henneberry burst onto the Alexander Cartwright League stage in a big way last week. This promising rookie first baseman for Newark garnered everyone's respect by putting up some remarkable numbers and picking up the Player of the Week trophy. The 22-year-old haunted opposing pitchers hitting .407 (11-27) with 4 home runs and 13 RBIs last week. In 19 games this season Henneberry has batted at a .371 pace with 26 hits and 7 home runs. |
