Snaps García Injured Wednesday, September 20th, 2017 Cincinnati Snaps reliever Ángelo García suffered a partially torn ulnar collateral ligament during a recent game with the Murfreesboro Deacons and will miss 10 months. García told BNN, "I hurt it throwing a pitch. I'm optimistic that I will be back quicker than they say." To this point in the season, García has put up these figures: 3-0 record, 11 relief appearances with 14.2 innings, no saves, 11 strikeouts, 10 walks and a 1.84 ERA. He has limited other teams to a .125 batting average. |
