White Earns ACL's Best Pitcher Honor Friday, September 1st, 2017 Over the past month David White has turned quite a few heads. He's young, talented and able to pitch with the established arms in the Alexander Cartwright League. He proved all that and now he's been named August's Pitcher of the Month. The rookie for the Lubbock Longhorns posted 4-0 mark and a 1.08 ERA. In 6 starts he tossed 41.2 innings, permitted 24 hits and fanned 50 batters. In 25 starts this season White has compiled a 15-4 record and a 3.09 ERA. |
