Bad Behavior Costs Harrison and Yamamoto
Sunday, July 30th, 2017
At a recent Longhorns-Wolves contest at North Shore Park, John Harrison of Lubbock took exception to what Kazuyuki Yamamoto of Lake of the Isles said to him and tackled him. This led to an old-fashioned bench-clearing free-for-all between the two clubs. After the umpires restored order, they ejected both players.

Today the league commissioner's office took action and suspended each player for 7 games, citing them for "inappropriate and aggressive conduct."

So far this year Harrison has hit .243 with 16 home runs, 46 RBIs and 65 runs scored.

Checking out his stats for the season, Yamamoto has racked up 2 wins and no losses in 2 starts, 6.39 ERA and struck out 33 batters in 38 innings.
