Tourists Gonzáles Out of Action Saturday, May 13th, 2017 The Tourists received bad news this morning. Jesús Gonzáles will miss 6 months due to a concussion. He sustained the injury in the Asheville-Temple game while making a defensive play. "I'm disappointed more than anything," he told reporters later in the day. "You can't help your team on the bench," Gonzáles sighed. "I'll do the rehab work and hope for a quick recovery." To date this year Gonzáles is batting .269 with 3 home runs. |
