April's #1 Batter Announced Monday, May 1st, 2017 When Brian McCauley stepped up to the plate in April, he did it with confidence and today he was honored with the Ford Frick League Batter of the Month award. The young Phoenix right fielder posted a .378 batting average with 8 home runs, 30 RBIs and scored 22 runs. McCauley also worked pitchers for 16 walks to post a .466 on-base percentage. |
