Ramsey on Fire: 5-5 for Riverside Tuesday, August 23rd, 2016 All game long Riverside's Lou Ramsey was rattling the walls at Red Bull Stadium and banging out base hits against the Spokane Bulldogs. When the dust finally settled on the diamond, he had a 5-hit day and the Red Bulls had a 13-10 victory. Speaking with reporters after his standout performance, the 23-year-old second baseman said, "Get 5 hits, win a ballgame, it's nice. I could get used to this." Lou Ramsey singled in the 1st, hit an RBI double in the 2nd, doubled in the 4th, tripled in the 6th, doubled in the 8th and walked in a run in the 8th. So far this year Ramsey is batting .311 with 1 home run. |
