Ottawa MR John Smith Injured Sunday, August 7th, 2016 John Smith expressed his disappointment when he learned that a damaged elbow ligament would sideline him for 10-11 months. "I'll just spend a lot of time in the training room and hopefully speed up the healing process. Nobody likes to be out of the line-up," explained Smith. The reliever got hurt in today's game with the Grand Haven Whitecaps. He was hurt throwing a pitch. Team officials had no comment on his roster replacement. |
