Phoenix Starter Wins June's Pitcher Award Friday, July 1st, 2016 The Ford Frick League announced today that Ramón Vázquez has been chosen the league's Pitcher of the Month. The Phoenix starter had everything working for him last month as he glided to a 3-0 record. In June Vázquez chalked up a 1.24 ERA in 36.1 innings with 49 strikeouts and 12 walks. This season in 15 starts Ramón Vázquez has a record of 11-0 with 133 strikeouts in 106 innings and a 0.93 ERA. |
