Villalobos Collects Player of the Week Award Monday, June 13th, 2016 It was announced today that Anniston catcher Alfredo Villalobos had received the Alexander Cartwright League Player of the Week Award for his impressive play last week. All week long he was terrific at the plate and won the honor with a .526 BA (10-19), 3 home runs and 7 RBIs. For the season Villalobos has produced 50 hits in 192 at-bats for a .260 average with 6 home runs and gotten on base at a .407 clip. |
