Sato Takes ACL's Best Bat Award Wednesday, July 1st, 2015 For a rookie just breaking in, Hideo Sato certainly put together a successful month. It was good enough to win the ACL Batter of the Month award for June. The 26-year-old first baseman for the Blackpool Gamblers hit .368 with 3 home runs, 20 RBIs and 18 runs scored. This season Sato is hitting .314 with 8 home runs. |
