Veeck Earns FFL's Best Pitcher Honor Monday, June 1st, 2015 It was a sensational May for Leonard Veeck as he mystified, mesmerized and terrorized opposing batters to capture the Ford Frick League Pitcher of the Month trophy. Veeck locked down a 5-0 mark in 6 starts last month, striking out 38 while walking 10 in 39 innings and posting a 2.54 ERA. Currently Veeck has a 7-1 won-lost record in 10 starts with a 3.27 ERA.
