Paz Bags FFL Best Player Award Monday, May 18th, 2015 When it came to hitting the baseball, António Paz was in a class by himself in the Ford Frick League this past week. Nobody did it better. The outstanding first baseman for Sandy Springs tagged opposing pitchers for a .429 average and was voted the Player of the Week Award. Included in his stats were 12 hits in 28 at-bats, 2 homers, 7 runs scored and 10 RBIs. Currently Paz has 2 home runs and a .395 batting average. |
