Ruckus Reaps 9-Game Suspensions

Both Grand Haven and Jacksonville held press conferences today and announced that several players involved in yesterday's free-for-all at North Shore Park have been suspended for 9 games by the league office. The clubs told BNN that the Whitecaps Jim Dwyer and the Hellcats Lorenzo Pueblo will begin serving the suspensions today.
On the season, Dwyer is batting .236 with 9 home runs and 68 RBIs. He has played in 139 games.
Thus far this season Pueblo has posted a 13-10 record, started 34 games, struck out 198 batters in 206.2 innings and compiled a 3.75 ERA.
