August's Best ACL Hitter is Kiichi Amano Monday, September 1st, 2014 For a rookie just breaking in, Kiichi Amano certainly put together a successful month. It was good enough to win the ACL Batter of the Month award for August. The 20-year-old first baseman for the Silicon Valley Hackers hit .333 with 10 home runs, 25 RBIs and 21 runs scored. This year Amano is batting .263 with 41 hits and 13 home runs. He has scored 26 times and has batted in 35 runs. |
