Wheeler Leaves Team to Care for Ailing Mother Monday, June 2nd, 2014 George Wheeler of the Deacons is expected to miss at least the next game. Wheeler has taken a leave of absence to be with his ailing mother. "I told him to take all the time he needs," said manager Barry Bowman.
