Godwin and Ainsley Suspended 6 Games For Brawl Tuesday, May 6th, 2014 The two main figures in yesterday's brawl at Bloomfield Road have been suspended for 6 games each. That action was taken today by the league commissioner's office and will take effect immediately. The suspended players are Paul Godwin of the Blackpool Gamblers and Ned Ainsley of the Newark Jail Birds. In his season totals, Godwin has 1 home run, .196 BA, .262 OBP, 5 RBIs and 8 runs scored.
